Our 2025 Portland Panorama Poster was designed by Helday de la Cruz.

Heldáy de la Cruz is an artist and community organizer. Through illustration and design, his work explores the identities that are lost and found within both the queer and Indigenous diaspora. These, alongside his undocumented status, are at the very core of his community work. He founded and co-leads a collective called UndocuPDX that provides resources, education, and news for the undocumented community. He is the Design Director of Provecho Magazine and the in-house Senior Designer at Ecotrust.

Portland Panorama is a new festival for Portland, Oregon that draws from the extensive experience of our team in organizing festivals such as the former Portland International Film Festival and Northwest Filmmakers’ Festival.

In addition to a celebration of the arts, its core focus is a two-part film festival. Portland Panorama begins by showcasing significant international cinema, then shifts mid-week to celebrate the work of filmmakers from Northwest North America.
